What is Papa's Scooperia?
Papa's Scooperia is the fourteenth game in Flipline Studios' Papa Louie series, first released in July 2018. You play as Carlo Romano or Koilee, stranded in a new city and hired to run Papa Louie's ice cream shop. Each in-game day, customers walk in with specific orders: a freshly baked cookie base topped with scoops of ice cream and various toppings. Your score on every plate depends on how closely you matched the order, how well you baked the cookie, and how fast you served.
As your rank rises, new customers, ingredients, clothing options, and furniture unlock. There are 116 customers to meet, over 120 sundae ingredients, and 40 Special Recipes to master across 4 seasons and 12 holidays.
The four stations
Every order moves through four stations in sequence. Getting the timing right across all four at once is the core challenge.

Ranking up and unlocking content
Your rank in Papa's Scooperia goes up as you accumulate score points from customer ratings. Customers judge four things: wait time, cookie bake quality, topping accuracy, and overall build. Higher rank unlocks new regular customers, additional sundae ingredients, chef outfits, and lobby furniture.
Between shifts you can also earn colorful stickers by completing specific tasks. Stickers unlock new outfits for your customers. Strategically sending coupons can bring back customers who have not visited recently.
Tips for keeping customers happy
- Watch the bake station closely. The green bar blinks just before a cookie hits perfect, so pull it then rather than waiting for it to go red.
- Closers are the last customers of the day and they score strictly, so give their orders the same care as peak-hour rushes.
- Play the bonus mini-rounds between orders. They award extra points and are worth the few seconds they take.
- Spend tips on shop upgrades first before cosmetics; faster equipment cuts wait times and raises every customer's score.
- Check the order ticket at the Build Station again before sending. A wrong topping drops your accuracy score more than a slightly long wait.
